Would some of the mods be willing to unfreeze functional analysis chatroom?

@MartinSleziak Here's some sage advice from some unknown user (sarcasm!!!!)
in Functional analysis, Feb 3 at 6:49, by Martin Sleziak
This room did not have much traffic so it probably not really needed. So I will stop keeping it alive. If such room is needed in the future, a new room can be created or this room can be unfrozen by a mod.
A new room probably wouldn't hurt. If it's needed.

On the other hand, I thought it is better to use already existing (albeit frozen room) than create new functional analysis chatroom whenever new topic for discussion related to this area appears.
@ArthurFischer I followed that advice. Namely the last part: "or this room can be unfrozen by a mod."

@MartinSleziak Do you have a new topic for discuss about functional analysis?

@ArthurFischer Yes. I would like to react to this. And since it is a longer response, I would prefer no to do so in comments.
Of course, I can create a new room for that.
But since there used to be functional analysis room, I decided to ask first whether it can be unfrozen.
(With the plan to keep it alive for a few weeks again. Maybe there is some hope that some users interested in FA start using it.)
Other possibility would be to extend the scope of this room, which occasionally has some activity:

 Calculus and analysis

For questions about calculus, real analysis, functional analys...
Thanks Arthur!

@MartinSleziak Drop this back to 14 days, perhaps. Your efforts in keeping virtually dead rooms alive is commendable, though perhaps misplaced.
If users wanted to use them, they'd be used.

@ArthurFischer 14 days = few weeks
Which means posting two dummy posts (about 7 days each).

@MartinSleziak I was somewhat cryptically suggesting that you not put any more rucussitative efforts on that room in at all. ;-)

Than it is 7 days, not 14 days.
If I am not mistaken.

@MartinSleziak I believe that rooms freeze after 14 days. At least the meta.SE tag wiki thinks so.

Or 7 days, depending on number of users and messages: chat.stackexchange.com/faq#retention

@MartinSleziak Rooms "not worth retaining" are deleted, not frozen.

It transcript I see two users (another users posted something here). However room info only shows one user.

10:04 AM
@MartinSleziak Interesting. Maybe each user has to post at least 15 times? I'm not really certain.

In any case, an alternative to keeping room alive is either creating a new room each time or asking a mod to unfreeze a room. (Which is what I tried this time.)
If needed we can discuss this further, but probably it would be better to do so in another room. (I do not want to fill Mods' Office with something which is off-topic here.)
But I will have to go afk soon. So probably not right now.

@MikeMiller AFAIK the official policy is: "Multiple accounts are usually tolerated, but they are not allowed to interact at all." meta.math.stackexchange.com/questions/10155/…

Hi @DanielFischer
robjohn found a feature that mods can see if a user has them on ignore

And now you want to check whether I have you on ignore? Guess.

:D
We were playing around with ignoring each other and he figures only mods can if a paticular user has him on ignore by looking on that users parent profile page.
I'm not sure if all the mods know about this feature...
only mods can *see if

Perhaps not all mods know it, but it's a relatively easy to find feature.
