C dupe of FAQ an Parity Root Test should not have been reopened (only due to SV tag). See the 2 "Linked" questions there for the prior dupe targets

Btw, it seems the above question got pushed back into the reopen review queue by someone making trivial edits. Is this a common tactic that is used? This seems like very poor design by SE.

@BillDubuque From the timeline of that post, it seems that trivial edit is not even needed now to send the post to the reopen review queue.

@ArcticChar Ah, seems I misread the timeline. Maybe it got the extra votes from the reopen request on meta. Still it's disappointing that some folks are reopening dupes only because it is tagged SV. (btw, above was meant for CURED, not here)
