When I'm checking 'Applications < Site Settings', I saw Stack Alert which redirects me to this page, but that page is not found. If I may ask, can this be removed?

I can't really give you "approval" ahead of time. I have already told you that (1) I think contest problems are generally a bad fit for Math SE and (2) I don't think that proof verification questions are of much use.

You have solicited an opinion. The given opinion is "don't post it". But you are free to do what you will.
