Wow! @MartinSleziak nice work :-)

/me pops head in

(^_^)/
hi pal
@MartinSleziak you should run for moderator.

5:14 AM
It seems to me that Martin already moderates quite well without the weight of a diamond next to his name
perhaps that's the ideal way to go about it

The "weight of a diamond" may indeed become a tremendous burden to bear.
Depending, of course, on how much importance you attach to it.

@EricStucky If you mean his activity on meta, then I think it is ok. This is precisely what sandbox is for, and you can easily add to your ignored tags.

He has barely contributed on meta?

If you mean his actions on main, then I can't say, since I have not noticed his posts. (Probably we have different interests.)

(I do mean his actions on main)

But I guess you wanted to hear from mods. Maybe some of them will notice your question and reply.

Nah, I'm interested in anyone who's been around a while; you definitely qualify

6:01 AM
As I mentioned, I only noticed that he uses sandbox on meta. I did not notice anything problematic on main.

bad example :/

If you are worried that he is posting too many questions, this is limited by question quotas.

It's not just about question quotas, but more that it feels to me like he's "using MSE like a personal blog" with lots of self-answered questions to more or less elementary exercises (at upper-div-undergrad level).
I know that was one of the complaints leveled at Kato, originally
But he doesn't have the network of self-linking that Kato's questions did, for instance
It is not obvious that they are comparable.

We do have a Blog now for those kinds of things, no?

Let's hope somebody more familiar with this user will notice this discussion and they will add their 2 cents.

6:06 AM
Not for these kinds of things, unless the nature of the blog has changed a lot
Yeah that's fair @Martin

@skillpatrol The blog is certainly not intended as a personal blog for math.SE users who do not have one. If a user wants a personal blog, they should start one. This blog is different.

Thanks for the link @EricStucky

npnp, and it's worth mentioning that the questions that look like that don't go back nearly as far as the titles that look like that
(the latter is obviously a non-problem)
