this answer in review queue: I voted not to delete it, since it is "a wrong answer to the right question". This decision was based on my earlier learning that we can move for deletion of an answer only if it is totally unrelated to question or a comment as an answer, and "a wrong answer to the right question" should be treated with downvotes rather than vote to delete. Am I correct?
