Your question does not belong to StackOverflow because your question is not related to software engineering. You can bind your web server to the IP address of your wiFi adapter to solve your issue. — Maxim Sagaydachny 47 secs ago

@RobertSsupportsMonicaCellio 1) Yes, "" and "test" occupies different location of memory. That's how string literals work. 2) If you know that you'll never use p before it's assigned a new value, there is obviously no reason to initialize it! However, some programmers prefer to always initialize all variables - even if they assign another value before use. — 4386427 1 min ago

No worries :) one of the hardest parts of any software engineering is manipulating the data so that it works for you. You might be able to find a way to append to an array deep without a recursive data structure. But... it might be easier to change your data structure to make it flat and then it will be trivial to append data to it but still provide the same insight of the data itself. — Fogmeister 26 secs ago

Winforms was designed explicitly to stop programmers from using reflection to tinker with events. So the snippet cannot work, nor is there any point to it. Focus on the real problem you are trying to solve, it is drastically unclear. — Hans Passant 40 secs ago

It's better to post your question here -> softwareengineering.stackexchange.com As to the question, even for non REST APIs I would avoid creating separated endpoints. It's the server's job to decide what data to return based on various conditions like roles, claims, etc.. — Leron_says_get_back_Monica 1 min ago

Your question (actually three questions) is off-topic for this site. Ask here when you have a problem that you don't know how to solve; a compiler error message that you don't understand, unexpected behavior of your program, etc. You might have better luck asking what's the point of threads, exceptions, and lambdas on the software engineering stack exchange, but (a) ask those as separate questions, and (b) show that you've done some reading on the subject. (e.g., say, "I read that _____, but I don't understand____ because _____.) — Solomon Slow 20 secs ago

I highly recommend that you go over to Mathematics Stack Exchange and ask this question over there, as this is a programming only website and although boolean algebra and formal logic does often come up in programming, many programmers will not be familiar with mathematical symbols of "and" and "or" etc. Please see: math.stackexchange.comOwl 53 secs ago

The behavioral norm you were breaching is one founded in the notion of fairness and giving credit were it's due. I'm glad you've apparently realized the error of your ways. Customizing my answer to better suit your needs (and posting it) is fine, because in the software engineering field code reuse is generally considered a Good Thing. In fact that's what I am effectively doing in my answer and I mentioned it — the big difference though being that I was reusing my own code and wasn't then accepting the modified version of someone else's as the answer to my own question. — martineau 24 secs ago

See this. It's non-trivial to do "give me the first and last names or team names". There needs to be concrete definitions of what a name entails, and that isn't easy (see link). — ggorlen 40 secs ago
