What is the procedure for having a bully removed from Ask Ubuntu_

Flag the comment/message for mod attention. If the offense is found to be serious mods may consider keeping the user in cool down period somewhere between 1 week to 1 year. But if the offense is very much serious, they may suspend their account indefinitely.

By offense here I mean violation of code of conduct.

Sometimes "you" might also like to see the other side of the coin too. May be that user is not targeting specifically "you". They might be disagreeing with your thoughts. And IMHO, disagreements should encourage looking for actual facts or open windows for alternate ways of thinking.

I did and within seconds he goes and removes them. N0rbert right now is declined any flag I have made and down voting anything I have ever touched as fast as he can.

@David Norbert is not a mod. A non-mod user cannot decline flags.

@BeastOfCaerbannog thanks I asked that the other day did not get answer. Well whom ever is declining the flags needs to learn what rude is. He is and has done all the down voing I mentioned. It seems high rep means you can do and say what ever you want and there will be no back lash.

@Kulfy Mods cannot suspend indefinitely. The most we can do is a year. Only SE employees can suspend for longer.

@David I respectfully submit that you might want to consider that this is not about you. You have a tendency to assume bad intent and persecution whenever something happens here and you are very often not right.

I can see in your profile that you got three downvotes in quick succession. They will almost certainly be reversed automatically by the system, but you should be very careful when assuming you know who downvoted you.

@David All I'm saying is that you have very often assumed that people are attacking you when they were simply acting on the content of a post and not on its author.

Only 1 of the I think 4 back to back down votes got reversed.

@David The three I am referring to are all from today. If they are going to be reversed, that will happen at the end of the day (midnight UTC, I think) when the targeted vote reversal script runs.
