@RandomPerson It's very much part of the job description. When messages are flagged, mods will look at the flags and often end up deleting messages. Same for when something is posted that should probably not have been posted.

@RandomPerson Absolutely it will vary, which is precisely why mods come in: mods are supposed to be human exception handlers, and part of their duties is making such decisions.

Good mods decide not based on what they, personally find offensive but on what they believe others might find offensive even if they don't. And vice versa.
