At this point I would like to point out that it may be tempting to update the AskUbuntu theme stylesheet with whatever corrections we may come to an agreement about in here.
--> But I would like to remind that that would leave all Ubuntu users un-helped on other stacks that also often use codeblocks, but haven't applied corrections themselves.
--> So it really would be beneficial to communicate our issues back to the SE design dept., and ask them to update their global stylesheet (from which all sites inherit everything that they do not override in site-specific themes).
