@RandomPerson well, it's pretty quiet around here... the state government have apparently made efforts over the past many months to increase oxygen supply capacity etc. Seems healthcare infrastructure still more or less functioning. But certainly cases increasing. New restrictions here this week - large shops and salons closing I think. Stores that sell essentials can only open until noon*. Offices to run with 50% staff. I keep trying to get vaccinated but there is no supply.
* which makes no sense - I've never understood this - why force everyone to come at the same time?
Some shops make people queue outside as they only allow a few in at a time
So can spread out from others inside, but outside you'll be standing in this crowd of people waiting
last year the queue would get spaced out
these days, people don't bother :(
so if everyone has to come to the store before 12 they'll have to be in a crowd
