Chanting at the closest temple starts at 6:00AM and 6:00PM, the next closest temple is at 5:00AM and 5:00PM. The birds start singing about 5:30AM. Nice way to start the day.

The chanting is nice but yes, the drums that proceed it can be brutal.
 
Oh the wind instruments are pretty loud too
