Hello eveyone , i have questions regarding chmod , please refer this image ibb.co/3yp4rgn Now my question is [case 1] when only given read permission how it is possible to rm/mv file ? question2 when only given write permission (case2 and case 6 ) why i can't edit the file ?

i am using xubuntu 20 lts

there's templates and we're encouraged to use them, at least as a basis

and there's a few that mods kinda had to write to resolve specific situations

whenever I flag something as spam the thread is gone.
