Hmm. I haven't used a debian based system at home for a few years now, maybe you need sudo dpkg-reconfigure libc6:amd64, @nobody

Alternatively, boot into a live CD and copy it from there

I have absolutely no idea if that is the content you would need though.

I think it is okay. the folders exists for the libaries.
