Please could be someone be so kind; and show me content of /etc/ld.so.conf.d/x86_64-linux-gnu.conf my system loose it.

Hmm. I haven't used a debian based system at home for a few years now, maybe you need sudo dpkg-reconfigure libc6:amd64, @nobody
sudo dpkg-reconfigure libc6:amd64
Alternatively, boot into a live CD and copy it from there
 
I created the file with your content.
 
I have absolutely no idea if that is the content you would need though.
 
I think it is okay. the folders exists for the libaries.
