@technastic_tc Is there any package which isn't configured yet? Did you try reinstalling Software Updater?
PS: I don't use Software Updater GUI.

Run /usr/bin/update-manager from terminal. Do you see any logs? If there are no logs, try reinstalling. Run sudo apt purge update-manager and then sudo apt install update-manager

Reboot once done.

@technastic_tc These are packages which were marked for uninstallation because they installed as dependency of some other package. Would do same as sudo apt autoremove.
