@mareq133 when you run sudo make install, the software gets installed, in that, the files that have been created are sent to the locations they are instructed to go to, such as (but definitely not necessarily) /usr/local/bin/name-of-program
if it does not seem to you to be installed at this point, then, I guess, something you expected to happen has not happened. This may mean something went wrong, or it may mean that you need to do an extra step or two to configure things the way you like. What did you expect that didn't happen, if anything?
