Q: passwordless ssh to localhost in Ubuntu 16.04

It's weird, there are like so many guides online called something like "How to become a Vegan" or Vegetarian, but nothing about how to best become a Meat-eater/Omnivorous, so like if you have no clue about these things, but have to change due to health reasons, there doesn't seem to be much information out there about what you actually do. That is if you have no sense of what and how much of that what, to actually eat.

Indeed :) Been a while. Eh, the university program is hopefully drawing to a conclusion. I'm taking 3 classes in fall, among which will be senior project 2 - building part. We're making network connected coffee maker

If everything is passed, I then have like one class left in spring and then I'm free

I am looking at /proc/net/udp and intentionally overflowing an application with udp datagrams. I can see many of them get lost. And I can see rq_queue increasing and stagnating at 00038700.

why this specific value? I'd expect to see a value which corresponds to whatever is setup in sysctl -a
