@ThomasWard Hmmm... A question being no-repro or not is not defined by the answer, unless the answer is something like "I restarted my computer and the problem magically went away!" This is obviously no such case, since the problem for the OP exists and is actually reproducible. The OP has also provided the answer to their problem.
For the answer part, if an answer is link-only, thus NAA, the answer should be deleted. A NAA doesn't justify the closing of the question. In this case, however, even the answer is not exactly NAA. Admittedl,y its main content is the links, but it also contains some more info, which IMO make it a partial answer.
With that info and the links it can also be edited to become a full answer without much effort.

@BeastOfCaerbannog there's a timing thing though too. This has been happenign with dredged up old posts and such too where there's zero chance of answer or acceptance. There's nothing we can do to stop bumps or people from posting 'new' stuff on old posts as non-answers so i've been using no-repro for that. i've reopened this specific question but in the 2 year timespan since post and now with no accepted answer etc. i was assuming it was no-repro or old and not going to get answered.
regardless, it's a nonissue now
