MacOS and Kali Linux are making zsh the default. Is there any indication that Ubuntu or Debian are thinking of the same?

Hi all! I am having issues with mysql-server-8.0. I woke up to seeing my database down. It seems that it tried an automatic upgrade and failed and now it will not start.
