Q: How to correctly pronunciate Xenial Xerus?

But I think it would actually be better if we closed old EOL questions, because we would close them if they were posted after the date of it going EOL, and we can't provide any more help than we can if they had posted it now so I don't think that the posting time makes any difference, and when a release is no longer supported, we shouldn't still support it.

Well, closing is the only current official means for it, the other ways do restrict activity but are not the official for doing this sort of thing. Maybe questions should be frozen and given the 'close' reason "Expired" or something, but don't just leave them 'open'.

This NAA flagged answer also shows up in my declined flags. Why? It's clearly link only and therefore NAA (see that apple sign picture) askubuntu.com/a/802167/367990

And it's annoying that if you flag as NAA (e.g. because link only) and leave a comment, if the author edits their post to make it valid before the flag gets reviewed, my flag gets declined and ruins my flag weight.

Although all the recently 3 declined NAA flags were absolutely justified IMO at the time I cast them.

on the one side I can see that it might be worrying because (apparently) it is easier to get flag banned now than when I was a flagger. On the other hand we're never going to catch all the instances of when someone edits an NAA into an actual answer, although we try.

The flag review dialogue should show the revision at which the flag was raised as well as the current revision to prevent this probably? @Seth

I'm not sure how that would work, but little "badges" are shown for actions other moderators have already taken on a post. Maybe "OpEdited" should be one or something.

I'm not going to nag about that they got declined, but this happens fairly often recently and I want to learn and avoid this annoying warning.

One of them you just got unlucky on. OP edited. Happens to everyone. Another I'm not sure. I will have to talk to the mod involved.

This one is a bit of an edge case. There is information there besides the link, but it is more of a question. I would have probably converted it to a comment.

If you use the very low quality flag on link only answers it is much more likely to get declined and even penalizes the OP if the post is edited.

Someone may only give a hint at an answer, which many users may miss. I edited on today
