How do you create chatbots?

@AlanBagel you just need some way to connect to the websocket and then make API requests to chat

chatbots are just normal accounts but controlled by a program

if you know python, there is a nice library wrapper for it

idk where to find it now but vyxalbot uses it which I copied from one of caird's bots and idk where they got that from
