Essentially, the UI seems to be a layer over a layer over a layer. This makes it unresponsive. Right-click in explorer and some time later the menu appears.

@DannyuNDos heh.. I hope, but I don't think it will happen. There are at least 20 years of API functions they need to support. IMHO "improving" things would mean deprecating some API calls, which in turns mean that some programs will no longer run, and probably that Microsoft PR folks are like no no no no no.
