Done!
The biomes are now fully configurable in my config file!
Well, with one small exception.
Each of them still has a base biome, which is hard coded. But I'm okay with that.

:)

I still need to figure out how I want to do the border colors, but... I'll get there.

one step at a time

That's how I even managed to do what I did. One step at a time, testing the new code before removing the old code.
I found quite a few mistakes like that, so...

Let's see... I think I'll do some preliminary work towards a perspective camera.

Hey guys in your opinion what is the best way to record a movie from Unity. We are currently building our teaser trailer in-engine. One option is to write a simple script that outputs every frame as a seperate pic and then use that "flip book" in a video editor or I can record the screen while the "game" is playing. Any other options or ideas ?

Q: Collision Resolution of Axis-Aligned Bounding Boxes that Change Size

diet estusI am developing an action platformer in Python, with Pygame. That said, my question is a general one about collision resolution strategies. I use an axis-aligned bounding box for the purposes of collision detection. The bounding box changes sizes depending on the sprite's action and the frame of...

Graphics does require a bit more power. Lots of ram, a decent video card, and a decent speed of a computer should be more than fine.
Honestly, you could probably just put more ram in your current computer and get more life out of it.

@PearsonArtPhoto furthermore it costs 550 dollars more or less

@PearsonArtPhoto yes
I don't know if it is a lot for that pc

I got one of these
for $4000 canadian. Yours looks cheap to me. :)

6:37 PM
It seems reasonable for that price.
I think you could spend $100 to get 16 Gb of RAM, or $550 to get a whole new computer. Up to you what you want to do.
Only a few more things to do to get CST working with perspective mode.
