FCS format seems unnecessarily complicated.

The format is not well described as well. Anyone knows a full description of the file format and open-source libraries that handle such file types?

That seems odd. I just flagged a low-quality question for closing and was able to choose 'low quality/unlikely to be salvageable' (or something along those lines) as the reason. I just flagged a second and it's not an option this time. Am I going mad?
