LOST features Room 23, Captain America: Civil War features D 23, To me, these seem a little too similar to be a total coincidence. Has anyone associated with Civil War mentioned if this was an international reference?

Civil war review:

1) Good film to watch on theatre, worth your money. Far far better then Age of ultron
2) Every hero got his moment, I only disliked War machine, as he felt like extra to me
3) Black panther worked for me, great add on and he is quite necessary for the film, spider-man was forced in the story, story can easily work without him.
4) Black widow also redeemed for me a bit after age of ultron i lost hope in her.
5) Cap and tony were good as usual
6) Climax fight was not what i expected
