I should admit that I agree post of this kind is more like a blog post, as stated in comment.

I do know some Q&A websites have a column for articles, and I wondered if MSE can have the same functioning, then I found there was community blog and it's no longer active.

I once saw a post asking where to post an article in meta.MSE, though the OP was intended to express thanks to this community.
