@user1271772 Some people do use all caps for emphasising but it's not really a good way to do it. This specific case I will read into this sometime but from a less deep see-through doesn't loom worth flagging for now. But personally, I will refrain from using all caps like that.
@AnkitSharma Yea no problem. I wasn't 100% sure it was worth flagging. I agree that it's better not to use ALL CAPS in the way that they were used in that comment.
