Q: In the Simpsons credits why does it say “starring” and then after a few names it says, “also starring?”

In the Simpsons credits why does it say “starring” and then after a few names it says, “also starring?” My guess is that the “also starring” aren’t regular voices but the characters voices are on almost every single show.

Q: Why do all the Lazarus agents drive old cars

In the 2022 series The Lazarus Project, all the Lazarus agents are seen driving significantly old cars. For example, George is seen driving an "F Reg" (1988/1989) Ford Fiesta in 2024. Other cars on the road are contemporary. Is there an in-universe explanation for this?

I have a question that probably is not suitable for the main site.

What are the different regions that Netflix uses for its region-limited content?

For instance, I know that Delaware does not get different shows than California. But can Monaco get different shows than France? Can South Africa get a show but not Lesotho?

Is it just something like USA, Europe, Africa, China, Russia, everywhere else? Or is it more granular?

The most obvious guess would probably be that it's based on countries, given that those are the most reasonable legal/regulatory granularity and that Netflix's very existence seems to be based on country borders.

(It's afterall also the granularity largely prescribed by translation/dubbing.)

You don't negotiate distribution deals with the EU parliament.

Q: Why didn't Dudley Smith fight with Edmund Exley at the end?

It looks to me as if Dudley Smith gave up at the very end of the movie by throwing away his handgun. Why didn't he fight with Exley, who was weak and might not have pulled trigger before him?
