@AnkitSharma you know a bit about DC. with Ra's Al Ghul's organisation is it League of Shadows or League of Assassins?

I think they've been called both in the comics, too?

like in the last Batman Film Trilogy and in one of the Lego Batman games it was League of Shadows but in Rock Steady's Arkham series (mainly Arkham City) it's called the League of Assassins so wasn't sure which it was

It's also Assassins in Arrow, I think.

@NapoleonWilson maybe, i don't know the release date of the Lego Batman i played (don't recall which one it is actually), though i know it's not tied to Nolan's films because it has the Bane with that venom tank on his back

But LEGO Batman might very well drive in Nolan's shadow.

But this might also be more prevalent in the German version, which specifically had at least Bale's, Caine's and Hardy's dubbing voice actors reprise their roles.

The characters themselves certainly were more drawing from the comics.

But it's probably just a big mashup, in the same way as the Arkham series made a good mxiture of comics and Nolan aesthetics.

@Memor-X Oh, it came out a lot later. Batman Begins is from 2004 and The Dark Knight Rises from 2012. Lego Batman shouldn't be older than 2 years.

@NapoleonWilson i've not noticed any aesthetics from Nolan's films in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City atleast. haven't played Arkham Knight or Arkham Origins yet

It certainly has a realistic feel to it, even if it employs all the over the top comic stuff.

It's also very noticeable in the music, where you really notice the mixture of Zimmer's music with the gothic tones of Elfman from the Burton films.

At least that's what I noticed in Arkham Asylum specifically.

Arkham Origins seems to have an even more...down to earth feel to it, maybe because of the origin story. It does also have weird comic stuff, but the main storyline feels more about crime.

It also has a very...mercenary-style Bane that definitely comes from Nolan, also visually. But that might also be due to the origin story, since he only later becomes the venom dude.

It also uses the idea of Nygma being ultimately just a hacker, which is a very modern interpretation of the Riddler.

Similarly to Q actually. Maybe smart inventors generally are just hackers these days. ;-)

I only ever played about 1 hour of Lego Batman, though. It somehow didn't grip me, although I generally like the Lego games.
