Just a normal space. The right ellipsis would have smaller spaces than a full space but I don't have time to Unicode it every time.
There are two types of correct ellipses, one is really spacious (my preference) and one is really small.
The small one you can find in chat's "X hours later" messages.

The small one is also a programmer's favorite since it's just one Unicode character AFAIK.
