Hey I'm trying to remember a TV show

It's a cooking show

Guy tries to recreate famous food

He goes undercover and tries to get all/some details or hints about the process or food itself

He tries batches in his mini van

Or food van

And at the end of the episode, he submits his creation along with the original food item

To three judges (avid fans and/or restaurant personnel)

If they think his food is the original one

He wins

have got an ID Request sorta Mod Question lined up, more or less starting out saying that some users feel as if they didn't get a say, but trying to toss up if i should ask about

- if the potential mod believes if there were any issues in the debate that could be resolved, or
- what would a potential mod do to further make a debate like this more public

The Loft was better than I expected from what I heard. Sure, it's nothing special, but it's a nice little flashback thriller with an interesting outcome. Probably lives largely from the mystery, though.
