@MovieReel that on topic?

12:49 AM
@M.A.R. I guess that technically it's ID.

Not just technically, pretty much so even.
Might already have had a hard time last month even.

I hear that you have a bunch of newly-locked posts now.

Me? We. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson Shog mentioned it in the Tavern earlier. :D And, yes... we :D

Q: Movie about huge spiders from some planet

Aravind SureshWatched this in color, English, somewhat decent quality. I can't remember the year. The movie is about a fight b/w Humans and some kind of spiders. These spiders come all the way from their planet to Earth and wreak havoc in Brazil, killing the protagonist's parents. The humans then mount an as...

Ah, I didn't know that.
Yes, I think the whole process just finished recently.

FYI, I'm dividing my time between this conversation and tending to a script that's locking all ID questions on Movies & TV, so I much appreciate anything that removes further distractions

Q: Can't remember the name of this odd horror/murder movie

Daps59Recent small budget/independent movie where a guy (spectacles, long red curly hair, slightly overweight) I remember that he meets a girl (I think she is a waitress) who gives him a ride in her VW combi & they end up at the beach smoking a joint. At some stage we see him working in his studio, fix...

Now, I am guessing those questions will be asked anyway like the example in this joke for a while now. ;)

3:42 AM
@MattD lol
So now my first open question will be X-men
@JarkoDubbeldam ^^
That's how it happen in anime

So Netflix has The Truman Show available for streaming. Can't remember the last time I saw it. Also crazy to think it'll be 20 years old this summer.

4:06 AM
@MovieReel Is spin off correct? I am confused

A J
Got Enthusiast badge on 104 sites. \o/

A J

Wait, have you been visiting EVERY site on the SE network for the last 30 days without fail?

A J
@MattD Yep

Hence proved, you got no life :p

A J
176 includes main and meta sites.
@AnkitSharma Nah. I do. Cause I celebrated kite festival\

4:28 AM

@AJ yeah one day in whole year :p

A J
Watched Dark Knight series

good

A J
Watched Inception last week

That's on my pending list. Is it the same as Dark Knight Trilogy?

Q: How do your questions and answers affect one's reputation on this website?

TurtleyAwesomeMy reputation has gained some and lost some points. Is it because of my questions... or maybe my answers? I am only trying to seek and give help about movies and TV. I do not fully understand this website yet and need some guidance.

@AJ nice

A J
Wow! Ian was elected in the first round. opavote.com/results/5414448458104832/0
Then Napoleon
Ankit was elected in the 12th round, i.e. after 10 rounds.

What you trying to say here O.o

A J
Nothing. There was no one near to you three.

4:41 AM
lol

I demand a recount.

@MattD lol
@MattD You were way too absent in mid between to get much votes

I honestly did not take the election process terribly seriously. I knew there were better qualified candidates than myself.

Q: can anyone tell me what this picture is from?

riccogrey8 can anyone tell me what movie/tv show this is from i printed it off awile back and recently found out it may be from a tv show or movie

Andrew might had better chances for stealing 3rd spot but he didn't participated

4:47 AM
@MovieReel that pic looks familiar

A J
@AnkitSharma Looks like Ian and Nap were favorite of community.
:P

Ankit was and is favorite too.

A J
I am pulling his legs.

Ian was the only pro temp who was single handedly did stuff for around a year I guess
@NogShine I am awesome, I know ;)
@AJ That I know too

@AJ ... I don't understand your flag .. the question has already been put on hold as off-topic

4:51 AM
@iandotkelly :D!!!

A J
@iandotkelly Hey Ian! It needs to be locked or deleted. Is the cleanup process going to take care of it?

@iandotkelly me neither, maybe reject

@iandotkelly I don't know why but I always get excited to see you around. :P

@AnkitSharma Yah - I was the only moderator for about a year, but then since the election of Ankit and Napoleon, I've kind of taken a back seat a little.

4:53 AM
@AJ that will be handled gradually no need to raise flag fro them , DVted closed question get deleted automatically sooner or later

A J
@AnkitSharma Oh, ok then. Feel free to take any action.

@Catija I always get excited when I see a moderator around. :D

@AJ We've closed all the historical ID questions. New questions will of course come up that need to be put on hold - there's no need to flag then, just vtc as normal.

@NogShine I don't. :/ I see them all the time.

@iandotkelly But we three never had issue with work division or anything. And eventually you did provided enough of your presence again
@Catija lol

4:55 AM
@AJ Let Roomba do some job too. It is born to do that. ;D
@Catija Hahaha

for some definitions of "born"...

@Catija because you can't see him in Movies's TL room :P

@AnkitSharma You and Napoleon are just boring because I see you all the time. Ian's new and interesting... even though he's the longest standing mod here :P

I haven't been here in months and no one really cared! Hence why I would have made a terrible mod. :D

@AJ :)

4:57 AM
@MattD That's not true. I've missed seeing you around :D

@Catija You're too kind.

@MattD I cared but I didn't known which bell to ring to wake you up

New job has just taken up quite a lot of time. Plus the CTO sits right behind me at work so I have to look busy.

Also, mods are allowed to take vacations... and I have a feeling that M&TV would have begged for a fourth mod if Napoleon didn't do the work of three. :P

@Catija I don't tend to spend that much time in chat.

4:58 AM
@MattD Ouch.

@Catija and what about the hottest mod, me ?

@Catija It's really not as bad as I'm making it sound. I like my boss and coworkers. We actually have a lot of free reign.

Yeah ... Napoleon does do a lot of work.

@MattD lol

@iandotkelly Sure. We can't all be perfect. ;) I'm a chat addict... I sit around in about a dozen rooms at all times.
@AnkitSharma Hottest and best dancer. ;)

4:59 AM
lol

@MattD That's great. :D And you like the work?

@AJ did you like Inception?

I know my dance was messed up :/

A J
@iandotkelly Yep
Very much

But I did my best to prepare that shit in 3 working days

4:59 AM
@Catija Yeah. The extra hours around the holidays, particularly 15 hours over NYE weekend, I could do without, but it's not bad when everyone's in it together.

@MattD overtime pay?

Yeah - it was a favorite of mine too. I'm a big fan of Nolan.

@MattD nice

@AJ that's what every one said before you watched. Now you know :D

@Catija Salary, but my boss is understanding with comp time here and there. Had an appointment earlier this week that took two hours, didn't have to make up the time.

5:00 AM
@AJ if you didn't like a Nolan film , you might be officially declared dead :p

@iandotkelly I'm obviously not privy to your numbers, so it's more based on the visible stuff like editing...

It's not bad when you like who you work with and what you work on.

@MattD That's something at least. Some jobs are salary plus overtime, but comp time works, too.

I do wish the SE mobile app had some setup for the chat rooms, though.
I'd be on here more frequently.

@iandotkelly You haven't missed an Inception plot question since I joined the site. I like your answers on Inception.

5:02 AM
@Catija during the period where I was the only moderator, I had to be on the site continuously - but I'm definitely the backup guy now :)

@MattD I use chat on mobile a lot... are you using the mobile version of chat? The full site is impossible but the mobile version isn't bad.

@Catija no muggle eye can see how many flag we handle ;)

@Catija Not via a browser on my phone. I wish the official SE app had access to the chat directly.

@iandotkelly And I wasn't really here then... I think the graduation and election happened about a week or two after I joined the site.

@MattD then I want to join your company ;)

5:02 AM
@AnkitSharma You should see my deleted comment count on IPS.

lol

A J
@AnkitSharma lol

@iandotkelly and me and napolean used to bother you a lot ;)
But we had more patience then AJ :P

A J
@AnkitSharma Hmm

@AnkitSharma It's pretty nice, but I don't think they're looking to hire anyone to work remote at the moment. :P

5:04 AM
@NogShine it definitely has its plot holes, but I think its thought provoking and I ended up watching it a load of times so I kind of know it back to front.

A J
@MattD And my TL.

Interstellar and Dunkirk are also worth watching @AJ if you've not caught them yet.

@Catija that is onyl 3k for me here

I know Interstellar has its critics - but I still think its very good.

@AnkitSharma Wow... all time? It's been three years?

5:05 AM
I got to watch the legit 70mm IMAX version of Dunkirk over the summer. It was fantastic.

I have 5.6k in 6 months.

@Catija IPS is crazy for comments, here it's not much

Uptight movie snobs like to call Nolan, "Michael Bay for smart people," or something, as if that's a terrible insult.

Yeah, yeah, I know.

@iandotkelly Dunkrik is in my pending list

5:06 AM
@MattD Eh... I'm not a huge fan of Michael Bay.

A J
@iandotkelly I've already watched them.

@Catija Neither am I, but I'm saying the analogy isn't really an insult.

@MattD Not caught myself - even the normal print was superb on a big screen. My 14 year old Daughter - hardly what you would consider the target market for Dunkirk went to see it twice, she thought it was so good.

@MattD calling someone Michael Bay is like insulting them till death

@iandotkelly See... this is why you should come to chat. Now I know you have a teenager... no wonder you have no time for SE any more.

5:08 AM
@Catija I will never moderate IPS, even if they give me real money

lol

@iandotkelly Wife and I happened to stop in Indy on the way to Chicago the Monday before it came out. They were showing the 70mm print at the science theater, and my wife was awesome and let me get tickets for us to see it when we came back through the following Friday.

@AnkitSharma Well, no one's asking :P

@AnkitSharma ROFL

It didn't quite compare to Hamilton, which is why we were in Chicago, but at $300 a ticket compared to $20 a ticket, I'd hope it would be better. :P

5:09 AM
@MattD My wife refused to see it - she doesn't like any sort of tension in movies. She made a good choice - the entire movie is based on tension and suspense.

@Catija after taking back my mod hat from Hinduism I decided to be mod on single site only.
@Catija lol

@iandotkelly Yeah, my wife likes to watch movies as an escape, so movies like Dunkirk aren't really her cup of tea either. Learned that when we saw Manchester by the Sea around this time last year.
Talk about a damn heavy movie.
She doesn't understand why I like to spend several hours watching movies that just depress the hell out of you.

@MattD Its on my "to watch" list. Its on amazon at the moment so I might catch it soon.

Manchester by the Sea was disappointing for me
I watched it due to Oscar but felt bored

@iandotkelly It's totally worth it and I highly recommend it, but it's a pretty heavy film emotionally.

5:12 AM
Ok - I will check it out.

@MattD I do that too, most of my top fav film are either dark or serious or depressing

Damn, what's on Netflix at the moment that I can be a snob about? Let's see....
Life Aquatic, always good to see Wes Anderson stuff.
Frasier, that's some smart TV.

I am the person who get wet eyes everything I see 6th sense during the last mom/son scene

@AnkitSharma I saw that movie about 6 or 7 years after it came out and just didn't get the hype.

I love it

5:14 AM
Aww heck yes, Wild Hogs is on Netflix. I'll fight anyone who says it's a bad movie.

Movies that have a depressing theme, don't always affect me personally. I can absorb the emotion of the movie, but come out surprisingly positive from the experience. The Road is an amazing movie - I loved it - but it is one of the most unrelentingly grim movies i've ever seen at the same time.

I don't care if I know the ending but I can watch it anytime again

Oh wow, all three Godfather films are on Netflix.

A J
I might get beaten by folks for asking this question, but Godfather movies are good?

Batman Begins, click on it, shows me Apollo 13 and National Treasure. Netflix bringing the good stuff.

5:17 AM
I don't get to watch movies any more... that's why I don't answer questions here ever.

A J
@Catija Ben?

yes

@AJ I enjoyed the first one. Everyone raves about the second one, but I fell asleep watching it.

@AJ Sarkar Raaj is said to be inspired from it but they never acknowledged

A J
Oh.
But are they worth watchin'?

5:19 AM
There's literally so much good stuff on Netflix that I don't buy when anyone says there's nothing good to watch on Netflix.

But Sarkar raaj also inspired from Thakare family

They've either got way more free time than me, or they're just not willing to branch out and explore.

A J
@AnkitSharma didn't know about that.
@MattD They want you to explore more movies

@AJ I am not into that kind of film, so never checked but people say first 2 are very good

@AJ I know Netflix does, I'm saying I hear people say there's nothing good to watch on Netflix almost constantly.

A J
5:20 AM
Well, then I'd try first one .

@AJ I think the Godfather is a piece of movie history - its well made, has a great performance from Al Pacino. Its relatively slow - but its good.

@MattD because there first page sucks and there sorting is messed up, so you cna't find good stuff till you know how to use search box

@AnkitSharma I'm not even really searching, just scrolling through stuff that's on the main page.
I think people have also lost touch with the notion of watching movies more than once or twice.

@MattD My first page have banner of Riverdale

@AJ But I kind of put it in the same category as Citizen Kane ... I'm glad I've seen it as an important movie, but I really doubt I'd bother to watch it again purely for entertainment.

5:22 AM
Did Sherlock got new season or it;s just Netflix India catching up

Whereas other important movies like Casablanca or Lawrence of Arabia - I enjoy watching.

A J
@iandotkelly Ohh. Looks like I should watch the first one and then decide to watch more.

I mean I have so much stuff in my queue that I could recommend to someone that would keep them occupied for months, maybe years depending on how much they want to watch.

A J
@iandotkelly Never heard of these movies.

I'd say for movies like Godfather and Citizen Kane, it depends on the mindset you're approaching the film with.

5:23 AM
I have only seen The Devil's Advocate and Insomnia from Al Pachino and loved them

Looking to simply be entertained? May not do much for you.

A J
Oh.

Looking to learn film history and some of the great classics? They're absolute must watch films that can still hold up well in many respects.

@MattD your top 10/5 all time Favs, cc@iandotkelly

@AnkitSharma 10/5?

5:25 AM
I agree - if you're looking to be entertained, they may not be the best. That said - I love both Casablanca and Lawrence of Arabia. The cinematography in LoA is just amazing. Casablanca is just one classic scene after another.

@MattD I mean top 10 or top 5

Mmm - top 10/5 - let me think

@AnkitSharma I'm not really sure I could do that on the spot as it's not something I really think about in that context.

Usually if people ask me my all time favorite film, my go-to answer is Jurassic Park.

A J
5:26 AM
@iandotkelly ok
@MattD High-five
Not all time favorite, but yeah favorite

Jurassic Park and Terminator 2 basically set the floor for modern Hollywood as we know it.
For better or worse.

@MattD I can't pick one, I usually pick 4/5 and that's also not fixed

Guess if I had to pick others, well, let me think.

A J
JP is the first Hollywood movie I watched

Okay, here's how I'll do it: my five favorite movies by each of my five favorite directors.

5:27 AM
@MattD that I can agree with, I like both ( not in any of my recommend or top list) but they set the future of hollywood in motion
@AJ Mine is Child Play 2, that's why I hate to now that Chucky is a joke now :(

Martin Scorsese: would have to be The Aviator. He should have won Best Director for that well before Wolf of Wall Street.

I even suggested making Ben chucky for halloween but catija rejected fro valid reasons
@MattD nice way to do that

A J
TDK, ANH, Interstellar, Revenge of the Sith, Prestige, Rogue One, Jurassic Park, Shawshank Redemption, Civil War, Seven

Wes Anderson: gonna have to go with the more personal pick of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. I think it's incredibly underrated, it started my love affair with more a more expanded view of movies, and I don't think I'd ever really listened to Bowie before that movie.

@AJ ANH?

5:31 AM
Lawrence of Arabia. Fight Club. Hot Fuzz. Captain America - The Winter Soldier (just entertainment). Inception. Amadeus. Fargo. Pulp Fiction. North By Northwest. Blade Runner 2049
3

Quentin Tarantino: Pulp Fiction, hands down. It's just so great and he's easily a master of dialog and character banter.

Fight Club is life

A J
@AnkitSharma A New Hope. You didn't ask for TDK.

@AJ TDK is masterpiece

Steven Spielberg: Jurassic Park, as noted earlier.

5:32 AM
I would have gone gay for Heath Ledger if he was alive

lol

And lastly David Fincher: I'm gonna go with Gone Girl. It's so expertly crafted as a film with one of the best villains to have ever graced the screen.

Gone Girl was very good

Also because I have yet to see The Game, which I hear is fantastic.

@iandotkelly So many great films! :D

5:34 AM
Gone Girl is in my pending list from the day it got released

My pick for best films might be by preference but here goes:

@iandotkelly I went in knowing nothing about the film and was absolutely floored with how good it was.

A J
@AnkitSharma I remember watching a show on Sony Pix about top 10 blast in the movies and the Joker blowing up hospital was #1.

Or I should say the book it's based on.

A J
Did I tell you this before?

5:35 AM
I would have picked Winter soldier too but I hate how they handled Bucky, rest film was awesome
@AJ it deserve it

@NikhilEshvar Yet so many I had to leave out..... Brazil, Life of Brian, Groundhog Day ugh - so hard to just have a list of 10

MY top films will be : The Machinist, 6th sense, Fight Cub, The Dark Knight , Memento, V for vendetta, Watchmen, My sister's keeper, Time Traveller's wife, Shindler's list, Life is beautiful
There are more I will give 9,5 or 9 star out of 10

A J
I forgot to add Schindler's list.

Now I just wanna go watch all the movies I listed, but it's late and I have a very long day ahead of me.

A J

A: Who was the oldest actor to play a teenager?

codeczarJohnny Depp was 53 years old when he played young Jack Sparrow in _Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales _. Although CGI was used but he played the role of a young Jack Sparrow.

5:40 AM
@AnkitSharma omg Life if Beautiful .... such a good movie.

A J
Yeah, the young version looked like more of him, but no, he was not portrayed by Johnny Depp.

For bollywood : Paa, Gangs of Wassupur , A Wednesday, Kahaani 1, I am sure there were 6/7 more I can't remember right now
@iandotkelly It make me feel sad but amazing film

Oh .... I think I have to bump Captain America to replace with The Talented Mr Ripley

@AJ ohhh

Dammit - I think I need a top 15

A J
5:42 AM
same here

Mad Max Fury road, Winter Soldier, Spiderman 2 (The train scene gives me goosebumps anytime), Logan, Rogue One, Pulp Fiction, Fargo, The Crow and Amelie (feel good film)

A J
Logan was good too.

Amelie is in my pending list
Spider-man 2 was best superhero film sequel after Dark Knight

Some fun movies where I don't give a shit about reviews and just watch are as such: MAN from U.N.C.L.E (Great fun), Hunt for the wilderpeople and the Losers

@NikhilEshvar The Losers never got the love it deserved. Amazeballs ensemble cast for that one.

5:44 AM
@NikhilEshvar for that I have The Time Machine and paycheck

The John Wick series too... Man selecting just 10 is hard! :D

Still not caught the John Wick movies.

same here
I tried, liked start but got busy

@iandotkelly You should. Easily among the best action films of all time.

@MattD Everything was great in that movie... A shame everyone wanted some story out of it when the comic itself wasn't a msterpiece in storytelling
As Quentin Tarantino said... The Losers is "dumb fun"

5:46 AM
I hear great things about them ... definitely on the list. I quite like Keanu ... he doesn't have the greatest range as an actor, but he's quite enagaging in his own way.

@NikhilEshvar Honestly the cast they managed for that film is almost too good to be true.

I have a soft spot for the Bill & Ted movies.

@JarkoDubbeldam what about Mandara and Sauske's father, I guess tehy were considered as hokage but I am not sure if they wanted to or not

Though they are nowhere near my top10

How about top 5 worst movies you watched?

5:48 AM
Easy
(but let me think)

Alright, I need to get to bed before I get sucked further into talking about movies and wind up getting further sucked in to something from Wes Anderson.

lol
@MattD lol, good night

Q: Looking for Horror Movie

Simmer GirlPretty much this family moves into a new house. The previous owner was a dude who was a Dr. Or something and ended up inpregnating the neighbor. The wife kidnapped the lady and put her in the attic under the floor boards in pieces. Years later, the wife is the only one left and moves out to sell ...

@NikhilEshvar can I pick a film which I haven't seen fully ?

@AnkitSharma Yup, A movie that you can't sit through is shitty on its own! :D
Ghost rider2, Fan4shit right off the top of my head in the comic book movie department

5:51 AM
Ok then here it goes :Seed of Chucky , Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jurassic World , The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Ghost rider 2

@NikhilEshvar Highlander-II The Quickening, The Recall, Batman v Superman,

Deathnote which I have not seen fully, just 15 minutes
Fan4shit had good first half

... The Last Jedi (honorary prize for the most disappointing, clearly not objectively a terrible movie)

@iandotkelly I feel for you for the quickening... Tried BvS Ultimate edition?

Ohh that Green Lantern crap or Batman: The Killing Joke if we count animated shit too

5:53 AM
@NikhilEshvar I have not tried the Ultimate Edition - I do hear it is better than the theatrical release

And that film about talking food, that was shittiest thing every made

Suicide squad (cool intros, shitty 2nd and 3rd portions) Deadshot, amanda waller and harley quinn made me through the movie

got it : Sausage Party

A J
@iandotkelly TBH, sequels are not as good as old ones.

@iandotkelly LOnger cut will only work if you like the theater cut to some extent. I like both cut, extended more

5:55 AM
@AnkitSharma DC animated current releases are meh... And yes, killing joke would been great if it was just the joker portions without shoe-horning the Batgirl storyline...

Great Dizzle is not here , else he will tell you all 1000s of top 5 worse films ;)
@NikhilEshvar please don't make batman fuck batgirl for god sake

@AnkitSharma I actually quite like the take on the characters..... both Batman and Superman are quite interesting. The story was just so badly executed.

@iandotkelly Ultimate edition is great. Several dangling plot-threads are resolved in theultimate edition which shows you the incompetence of WB editing..

@iandotkelly then extended cut can work on you, it redeemed Superman a bit for me

@AnkitSharma IT"S FOR THE P L O T ! :D
Seriously that movie ruined Batgirl even more... All to give false stakes for Batman to chase the Joker..

5:58 AM
.... save .... martha

@iandotkelly To think if Clarky boy had a different name for his mother, he would have been dead sooner :D

lol

@NikhilEshvar they tried to do that in DCAU but luckily didn't and then this abomination happen

Q: What is the significance of sex scene in Batman: The Killing Joke?

Ankit SharmaIn Batman: The Killing Joke, they showed an additional story involving Batgirl which was not even present in the original novel. This was not a bad idea as it gave more depth to Batgirl's character. But Batman and Batgirl's sex scene looks a bit weird to me. I do remember Bruce Timm hinting at a...

I'm not against the romance... But the film made it like Batgirl was Batman's b***h rather than an actual romantic partner...
She was always whining and Batman was like, yeah I'm the guy and I don't need your help... It felt like a Joker - Harley relationship

For me, I aways consider there relationship like Batman being her father figure not a fuck buddy from work

6:03 AM
Anyway ... its 1am here ... so I'm going to bed. Night all ... !

@iandotkelly Good night!

@NikhilEshvar agreed
@iandotkelly good night :)

Watchers of Blade Runner 2049, should i watch the original before watching this?
And what about the youtube shorts?

Q: Is it necessary to watch the Blade Runner short films before Blade Runner 2049 to understand the story?

Ankit SharmaI am planning to watch Blade Runner 2049 soon, and I'm going to watch the original Blade Runner (1982) film soon, too, to prepare for this film, but what about the three short films made in the same universe? I heard they made three short films: 2036: Nexus Dawn 2048: Nowhere to Run Blade Run...

Q: Do I need to watch Blade Runner before watching Blade Runner 2049?

ShellZeroI haven't watched the Blade Runner movie before. Nonetheless, I already got my tickets for the Blade Runner 2049 for Thursday screening. My question is, do I need to watch the original to understand the sequel? And also when I google Blade Runner, I see two different versions of it, Blade Runner ...

Q: Which version of Blade Runner is Blade Runner 2049 a sequel of?

DaGI realise that this is a somewhat pedantic question, but: is it known precisely which version of Blade Runner (US theatrical release, international theatrical release, Director's Cut, Final Cut...) is Blade Runner 2049 a sequel of? This is potentially significant since the various versions of Bl...

@NikhilEshvar I have not seen 2049 but have seen orgina film and shirt but for your question check this posts ^^

@AnkitSharma Great! Wish I saw this when the movie was in theatres though... I missed it for the sole reason of not watching the original! :(

I watched solo and short to know what I am signing up fro but movie plan didn't worked :(

@AnkitSharma Watching solo is hard but you can't get a friend for every type of movie...

agreed
I need better friends :D

I had a hard time finding a friend for Star Wars (since you had to have watched the 6 films beforehand)
By the time Rogue One came, I converted my friends to Star Wars fans! :D
Or atleast told them the needed storylines

lol

The large no of movies and movies released long before intimidate them

I watched star war 7 with colleagues, even because of a friend I watched all 6 film within a week
But I didn't become fan and deci\ded to quit SW franchise any further

I watched a lot of movies with friends during college, but not lately

@AnkitSharma I prepared for Force awakens by going with the machete route (and not ignoring ep 1... Damn you Jar Jar Binks...) 6 days before the movie
Force awakens was my first imax experience and so it stays with me even with all its shortcomings...

I watched in release order and I have no issue with Jar Jar
and ofcourse Jar Jar s sith lord

Q: Is Jar Jar Binks a Sith Lord?

mattiav27I have found on the internet many sites (see here, here and here for example) that "prove" that Jar Jar Binks is a Sith Lord. My question is: Is this only a fan theory, or is there an official explanation?

I started with Rogue One and then watched original trilogy, and then prequels, and then sequels. I don't like sequels as much as I do OT and PT.

@AnkitSharma Well with the way he pissed off everyone who saw the movie, he must be a Sith lord! :P

@NogShine I think I will watch it ASAP
@steelersquirrel so what did doctor said, are you taking proper rest?

7:47 AM
@AnkitSharma I am on antibiotics and I need rest.

ohhh
take rest
get well soon

Awwwwww. I will. I just woke up again.

I woke up this afternoon and felt awful and started coughing up horrible stuff and there was blood in it and my fever was at 104, so I called my sister and she took me to urgent care. I have only been this sick one other time when I had viral meningitis. I just feel horrible.
I feel bad. Napoleon left me a few voice mails, but I don't want to call him and wake him up right now.
On a brighter note...my SNL question is doing well!

@steelersquirrel Get well soon dear.

7:54 AM
@steelersquirrel uffff, sorry to hear that I hope you are doing better now, just take proper care

Thanks :)
@AnkitSharma Hopefully I will feel better in a few days after these antibiotics start working. Don't worry.
People in the US are just dying from this thing this year! It's really bad.

ufffff

@NapoleonWilson He is! Not only that, he is a true Raiders fan. He doesn't just wear Raiders stuff for a fashion statement :)
