> (ANSA) - ROME, JUNE 19 - The American writer and philosopher Noam Chomsky has been discharged from São Paulo Hospital in Brazil, where he had been hospitalized since 11 June, undergoing a therapy against the effects of the severe stroke that struck him in the 2023.
This was written by the Spanish agency Efe, citing the bulletin doctor. The news comes at the end of an evening in which The news of the death of the 95-year-old intellectual spread, then denied by his wife, Valeria Wasserman. (ANSA).
I feel a python sketch coming on....
"can you just wait a minute?"
@Criggie I'm so glad someone got my reference
I always liked him. Whenever someone said they were a fan of his I knew to avoid them. Saved me a lot of annoyance.

That image also gets hit with the thumbnail bug.
Filename is kEPtThPb.jpg but something in chat strips off the b when creating a link
same happens if the image filename as a t or some other chars in that last place before the dot./
I suppose this happens when the suffix letter happens to be one of the sizing codes

A: The Stack Imgur service is no longer resizing images correctly

CatijaThis has been fixed! Thank you so much for your patience with this. Moving forward, all images uploaded to the Stack Exchange imgur will be sizable using the URL adjustments indicated in the question (see below for examples). You'll notice I said "moving forward". Any images uploaded during the o...

Link contains a list of the valid sizing codes h, l, m, t, b, s

Q: Some images uploaded in chat cannot be visited via the link

VLAZThis is an intermittent failure and I cannot find a good way to reliably reproduce it. Some times when uploading an image in chat it shows up but the link leads to a page that says "oh no, that request didn't look right". Here is an example of such a message - the image embeds and shows up, but c...

That's the link for the current issue

Ohhhhh - I know what's happening. The actual image is https://i.sstatic.net/kEIRuMKb.png. Note that the filename is 8 characters long (new image service) and also note that it ends in a b. Chat tries to do this clever thing where if someone uploads an image thumbnail (with a trailing letter resize s,ml,b,t,h), it'll use the provided image in chat, but link to the full image (by stripping off the trailing resize char). In this case, because the random image id happened to end in b (thus why it randomly happens) chat removes it thinking it's linking to the full image. — KyleMit ♦ Jun 13 at 14:29

I know there aren't a lot of PostgreSQL nerds in here, but does anyone know of a tool for doing schema comparisons and automated deployments to PostgreSQL instances? Specifically for Azure DevOps would help.
Liquibase?
I don't think there's anything specific for Postgres

@HannahVernon don't redgate tools handle that?
they probably do, but I deleted them a while back. I can check.
@mustaccio cheers, I'll look into that

i'll buy you a drink if you're into that sort of thing
I might take you up on that offer this year, if you're going
of course i am
and it's on my birthday this year
7:35 PM
so now I will have to buy you a drink...
@ErikDarling No. I installed 2008 and 2005 yesterday because I wanted to test something
@mustaccio fine but just one. I have a reputation to maintain.
8:07 PM
@PaulWhite how many breakpoints were involved
8:19 PM
None. Just needed to see if something functioned back then
Retired documentation being what it is
Another one of those things three people worldwide would care about
I kept the 2000 docs for that kind of thing
not that the 2000 docs help for 2005 or 2008
@PaulWhite am I one of them?
9:16 PM
@HannahVernon I have those too. And an old BOL but sometimes you just have to test the real thing
definitely
@ErikDarling Potentially
