another feature is UNIQUE NULLS NOT DISTINCT which allows indexes and unique constraints to behave similar to SQL Server/Sybase unique constraints

i caught that yesterday. sadly the wayback machine has a bug where azure feedback forums don't display and the pages weren't caught by Google cache
debated asking in here if i should just delete the answer or if it's useful for context but decided it was too much effort

GREATEST & LEAST can be very handy - I remember having to jump through hoops to emulate on a couple of SQL Server questions!

I had a presentation on what's new in SQL Server 2022 just last Friday (before it dropped). To have some demos, I've used Azure SQL Database to showcase the GREATEST, LEAST, WINDOW and STRING_SPLIT because it was already there
and Azure SQL Edge in docker had the IGNORE/RESPECT NULLS and DATE_BUCKET. No GENERATE_SERIES though
