Interesting, one of my colleagues who left here in April 2020 just started as a dev at Stack Overflow.

The vomit-coloured "watched" tags seem to be back, in a different place

I guess I'll go unwatch everything to save my sanity

I wonder if those people know about User Experience

@mustaccio Well they've added a different colour for the watched tags as well as the light yellow background

I have never seen a mustard in my life that had such colour. I've seen plenty of that other thing though, and I recognized the colour instantly

Normal mustard is much more yellow I agree

Still, that's the colour 'mustard' most often

well, whatever the case may be, until they stop force-feeding me mustard through my eyes, I won't be watching any tags.

I'm sure they have anticipated a reaction like this and decided it to be a valid option.
