Question for MySQL Gurus: How do I grant access on a MySQL database on a Linux system to an Active Directory User Account located on a Windows server. Is it as simple as adding 'account@domain.tld'@'192.168.0.0/26'?
Of course assuming that AD has been integrated via LDAP (?)on the Linux/MySQL Server.
@JohnK.N. - there's some sort of agreement between Meteorological Services that North Atlantic storms follow an alphabetical scheme from Sept. to Sept. (Meteorological year apparently) - the first was Arwen (named by the British - Welsh name), and we got dibs on the second. Every year, services propose names and they thrash out an agreement.
We're in with the Dutch also - see here Médhbh (Mėdhbh), Seán and Pól are the Irish ones for this year!
Harry was a name given by "The Free University of Berlin" who have no business naming Atlantic storms - do we try and take over Central European phenomena? :-)
