There is a utility that helps identify that two accounts predominantly only upvote the same content (a sockpuppet/vote ring suspicion device) but that's about the closest it gets. So if you are heavily voting for something with someone else at your same IP then we might have some information about that.

I haven't personally investigated a sockpuppet in a while so I don't know if that UI has changed at all. Wanna go make one so we can suspend both of your accounts? :D

@jcolebrand I'm the only person on this network who has a an actual license to create socket puppets, that isn't an employee of StackExchange, afaik

I just suspect someone is coat tailing every question I ask to downvote it. It happens within 1 min on every question I ask now on StackOverflow.

For something like that, honestly, your best bet is a kind email (probably should include a coupon for a warm sandwich or something) to the CM team to ask them to investigate particularly rude behavior, if you're sure it's consistent. They would be able to check the database for that sort of thing.

Best I can get is the timeline view that shows that, in fact, a downvote occurred on that question.

Under the moderator agreement I am not to show off content that is from the moderator tools, but I can't recall if this is a 20k+ ability to view this.
