Well I won't speak for sincerity, but they did say it. A few times.

Paul, they did say they did some things wrong but seems like they meant "Monica did violate our COC but we didn't handle the firing very well. We still stand with our decision of firing."

Did they officially admit, even once, that going to the press in particular was their fault? I don't seem to remember that to be mentioned
