Just loving these mornings where the sun is barely up at 7:00. Just racing headlong into seasonal affective disorder.

Do you use one of those lights to try and offset it or just deal with being a miserable soul for 6 months?

@billinkc I do have a light, didn't use it because of open office - since WFH I might try using it more often

And it maybe because of being far enough north, but it's possible the LEDs in the office were full spectrum. Since moving here the winters aren't as bad for me, but that could also be due to the fact everyone is depressed and stuck indoors so I don't feel out of place.
