@AndyD273 Hey, sorry for taking so long to respond! That's a good question. I don't know if it's explicitly stated anywhere, but I feel like we've always had an unwritten rule that folks should explain the system's relevant details, even if it's defined elsewhere - not everyone is familiar with Harry Potter or D&D.
@HDE226868 OK. I had a question from a long time ago with '"indistinguishable from magic" level technology. Singularity level at least', and a newer user called me out asking why I didn't define the magic. It's a really old question, so I was just trying to figure out if I needed to go back and update it or not.
