Q: What should edits that do nothing but change pronouns in a edit count as?

OT-64 SKOTI've recently found 2 edits in my edit queue that were nothing but changing all the pronouns from he/him to they/them. I don't know what to mark these edits as. It doesn't improve or make the question worse. What should this type of edit be marked as be marked as?
