@Ash I told you about my batch of pumpkin spice, which is mostly cinnamon plus some ginger, cloves, nutmeg. Then I made a batch of Dalgona coffee, which is equal parts of instant coffee (decaf), sugar (used half sugar, half erythritol) and hot water. Two tablespoons each in this batch. Plus about a quarter of a teaspoon of spice for the PSL effect). You beat the heck out of that until it’s light, fluffy, almost mousse or whipped cream like.
And in that case I put it on a two-thirds full cup of hot milk (Dalgona usually has cold milk and ice) to pick up the heat from the spice (I may have put a bit too much ginger in my spice). Stir a bit before drinking or eat some of the foam straight off the top with a spoon.

Dalgona coffee (Korean: 달고나커피) is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Occasionally, it is topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey. It was popularized on social media during the COVID-19 pandemic, when people refraining from going out started making videos of whipping the coffee at home, by hand without using electrical mixers. The name is derived from dalgona, a Korean sugar sweet, due to the resemblance in taste and appearance, though most dalgona coffee...
