I'm sounding alarm: Apparently, Khymos.org has gone down and nobody left a copy of the book lying around for download

I also seem to not have any copy left on my devices or various cloud drives

does anybody have it?

I was even prepared to reach out to Martin Lersch, but I'm not on any social networks beside LinkedIn, and there I would need a premium account to message him
