Is/should there be a flag for the same user answering the same question multiple times? I'm talking about cooking.stackexchange.com/questions/108845/…

@LSchoon you can always use a custom flag to have a mod take a look. If answers are different, there’s nothing wrong about posting two answers. In this case however, an edit or at least a somewhat more complete second answer would probably be better.
