Ouch! We went to the local ice rink this morning and yours truly landed squarely on the rear.
But I will master skating backwards!
One day.

2 hours later…
12:56 PM
@Stephie ... The best fresh oj I have had was peeled oranges blended 🤣
Was a little Chinese place with monks as cooks
In a dingy old mall. Place didn't change over almost 30 years. 😟

@JourneymanGeek The best!

I miss the place. They closed down when the mall was redeveloped

@JourneymanGeek yeah, but in my case, it was trying to get everything but the pith. ;-)

The contents of the jar are already nice and mushy.

12:59 PM
Is
The smell I'd amazing 😁

Very. I am tempted to not wait the full 24h (it’s on a radiator, as suggested by another source to speed up the process).
OTOH, I have parked my rear end rather carefully on the sofa
And I should help cleaning up the home office area, we have big plans for the next few months / year.
@JourneymanGeek how are you holding up these days?
(Although I could certainly understand if you’d rather not go there. I try to keep everything light here as well, not let anything unnecessarily happen the mood.)

It's been going
Oh we just did 12 hours and a bit
Well, one of my monitors died. Got a new pair and am giving my old one to a friend 😁
SE wise
Ehhhh.
Not great. I think it's probably the worst week for everyone

1:57 PM
<sigh>

2:33 PM
Not exactly
lemme find pictures of my new monitors :D

2:47 PM
Neat.

matched 4K IPS displays (the were actually pretty cheap), with a dual monitor arm

3:05 PM
I am kind of happy that I am no longer are forced to use a setup like this. My work laptop is actually a convertible one with a touchscreen. And I haven’t played in, uh..., years? Kind of sad, come to think of it. Considering that I did a super internship at one of my countries best game studios.

3:26 PM
Lol. Whatever works for you
I actually used a dual monitor setup when I worked at a studio and loved it

Did. Doing other things now. I prefer that my machine is light, versatile, that I can drag it around whenever have the urge to move or when I am on the never ending trek between meeting rooms all over the company site.
And I haven’t done any serious coding in what’s now almost a decade.

4:04 PM
Now I need to come up with ideas for the leftover peels.
And I thing this orangeade has room for a splash of gin.

4:25 PM
Oh yes! That’s a great combination! Total overload of aftertastes. Like G&T, just different.
(Writing this before the gin is editing my posts.)

5 hours later…
9:31 PM
@JourneymanGeek Nice!
Can they be rotated?
@Stephie Haha I'm sure that makes your life better.
