@MonicaCellio Yeah mail within the US usually doesn't take weeks. Sure, we're across the country from each other, but even ground mail should be 4-5 days.

@Cyn yeah, when I saw your message I thought "wait, isn't Cyn in the US? am I misremembering?". But I couldn't check the form replies at the time (from work).

@MonicaCellio We haven't even had any fires or floods in the last month or two.
 
@Cyn nor labor strikes, nor road problems... well, the guy did say they don't guarantee delivery times, and I didn't pay extra for the faster service, so I guess it happens sometimes.

It can take up to a month for stuff to get to me, because mail going through Hawaii is sometimes FILO.
