I believe it only responds to d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20 (but I could be wrong)

I can see that it's a number this time, but since it isn't exactly in a consistent place, the site I found is easier in fast situations.

the d20 roll was a 6; the d6 rolls are the normal pips on the die
not sure how that renders for you
d4 d6 d8 d10 d12 d20
should be one of each there
1d4 1d6 1d8 1d10 1d12 1d20
1d4 1d6 1d8 1d10 1d12
huh
d4

Yeah, the pips just read as "bullet." The d20 worked fine, but since it's in a chat format, it'll be difficult for me to know where to hover my mouse for it to read versus a consistent place.

Not sure why some show up as bullets and some show up as numbers, though.

seems only the d6 shows me pips, the others are numbers
if that's related, you might be able to ask someone about this
I don't know who supports this, if anyone, so I'd start by posing the problem to SevenSidedDie and mxyzplk who I believe are the moderators on this stack

Ah well -- found something that works, going to stick with it.

@VisuallyImpaired can you confirm whether it was only the d6 that gave you bullets, or did any of the other-sized dice give you trouble?

4:12 PM
@nitsua60 Looks like it was just d6.

@VisuallyImpaired do you mind if I link this conversation in a meta Q asking about changing the dice service's d6 to numeric, rather than pips?

Sure thing.
