@Cyn Secespitus covered everything in much better detail than I would have. If you are active in chat you will see the notification occasionally. Only issue is that it doesn't come with a lot of context and just asks you to agree or disagree with the flag. You even get them for non-english sites.
If someone asks a question about their original work and posts information about or a passage from it, and you notice something that is not strictly related to the question that could be easily improved upon, how should that be handled?
