I'm fine with it. It is a gray area but it's not an uncommon problem to have. Actually I imagine it would be more relevant on Graphic Design, but we don't have a migration path there.

I believe this particular question stretches it too far - I'm less comfortable with classifying business cards under "Writing" than the legal aspect (using trademarks in written text is a peripheral but still on-topic subject). Still, I wouldn't like for this question to set a negative precedent.
I mean, let the life decide: If there are users here who are capable and willing to answer it correctly (not just "consult an attorney"), we may just stretch our scope that little to accept "business cards are literary works". If it goes unanswered for a couple days, it means writers (us) are really not interested in this kind of questions, and so it's off-topic.

@NeilFein Since when do we discuss that on chat? Is meta down? Nevertheless, voted to close as off-topic. Every legal issue is written in some form or another. That does not make it on-topic on Writers.
