I was underwhelmed by it, like it had the potential but didn't reach the goalposts at the expected time. That being said my daughter is really enjoying it. Last episode tonight.
I had a tough time putting my finger on it. The pacing is one. It moves from talking to a random fight back to talking back to fighting without any reason.
It feels to me like a show that was written 20 years ago that has current animation quality. I'd describe it as taking a show from the late 80s to early 90s, not changing any of the audio/dialog and just updating the graphics.
And it's probably me getting being older and this is my way of screaming "Get off my lawn" without realizing...
