I was playing around a bit in the kitchen.

Found some sea buckthorn purée in the freezer, now I have two batches of jam. One with apple juice (mellows the tartness a bit), one with caramel and whisky for the grownups.

Triple win: Jam in the pantry, more room in the freezer and the jar cupboard. And it was fun.
